Each BOCELLO piece is produced in small batches with individual attention and care. This approach allows the work to remain measured, consistent, and intentionally paced.

All sales are final.

BOCELLO does not accept returns or exchanges.

This policy supports small-batch production, reduces unnecessary handling, and helps avoid overproduction.

 

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been mishandled in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the exterior packaging and shipping label

Each situation is reviewed carefully. If damage is confirmed, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund to the original payment method.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or updated before shipment confirmation.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

 

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Trade and Bulk Orders

Trade, bulk, or commercial orders may be subject to additional terms, which will be communicated prior to purchase.
