BOCELLO is a brand of Bocello LLC.

 

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping is complimentary on all U.S. orders.

Orders are shipped with insured services and trusted carriers. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location and the carrier.

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

During peak periods or limited releases, processing may take slightly longer. If timing differs from what is listed on the product page, we’ll notify you.

You’ll receive an order confirmation once your purchase is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

 

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear, depending on the carrier.

 

International Shipping

BOCELLO does not currently ship internationally.

As the studio grows, international shipping may become available. This policy will be updated when that time arrives.

 

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

BOCELLO is not responsible for:

  • shipments delayed by carriers
  • packages lost in transit
  • orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not located

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, we recommend:

  • checking nearby delivery areas
  • checking with neighbors or building staff
  • contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number

All shipments are insured, and we’ll assist where possible should an issue arise.

 

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been mishandled in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please Include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item
  • photos of the exterior packaging and shipping label

Each situation is carefully reviewed, and we’ll work toward a thoughtful resolution.

 

Bulk & Trade Orders

Interior designers, studios, and commercial projects may require custom shipping arrangements due to volume, weight, or destination.

Trade or bulk orders may involve:

  • freight delivery
  • extended lead times
  • specialized packaging

Please contact us prior to placing a large or commercial order so we can provide accurate guidance.

 

Shipping Restrictions

Some oversized or weight-sensitive items may not ship to P.O. Boxes.

If this affects your order, we’ll reach out to arrange an alternative delivery address.
