Orders may be canceled or modified prior to shipment confirmation. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Purchases are subject solely to our Refund Policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery
All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier. While risk of loss transfers at shipment, we review damage claims thoughtfully in accordance with our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not located. In the event a shipment is lost in transit prior to delivery confirmation, we will assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier.

BOCELLO is powered by Shopify; however, all purchases are made directly with BOCELLO. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and BOCELLO. You release Shopify from all claims arising from purchases made through the Services.

Personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also processes certain personal information in accordance with the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

Any feedback you submit may be used by BOCELLO, in whole or in part, for purposes related to the Services, without compensation or obligation. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit such feedback.
